The introduction to Sales Award is industry recognised and aims to give you an understanding of how sales works. You will learn the relationship between sales and marketing, how to manage time effectively, communication skills, sales techniques and processes, how to close sales, understand the legal, regulatory and ethical requirements, how to evaluate sales performance, the importance of customer service and the use of competitor analysis.
The objective of the course is to equip you with the necessary skills required to enable you to find at least a junior job role within this industry and prepare you for employment.
