The introduction to Human Resources Award is industry recognised and aims to give you an understanding of how the operations of a HR department works. This will include how to recruitment staff, produce and maintain personnel records, understand employee management and relationships, the importance of supporting employees through training and development, understand Equality and Diversity and disciplinary, grievances and tribunal processes.
The objective of the course is to equip you with the necessary skills required to enable you to find at least a junior job role within this industry and prepare you for employment.
