The introduction to Business Administration Award aims to give you an understanding of how administrative operations work. You will learn communication within the workplace, how to maintain security and confidentiality, the importance of teamwork, effectively manage a diary system, understand a meeting structure and how to take minutes, support an organisation with business travel, delivering and evaluating customer service and how to design/produce high quality attractive documents using Microsoft office suite including presentations.
The objective of the course is to equip you with the necessary skills required to enable you to find at least a junior job role within this industry and prepare you for employment.
